Since the company’s inception three decades ago, its’ team has been committed to working hard to achieve the company’s ambitious vision of providing spacious and attractive facilities for fitness, training and exercise to the community. Our clubs are not just spaces to work out in, but also meeting points that bring those who strive to maintain a healthy and sustainable lifestyle together, which helps them improve their quality of life and enhance their health and fitness. 

Our mission is to encourage the community to live a healthy lifestyle and exercise regularly, whether they are at the beginner or advanced level in fitness. We are always keen to offer a distinguished experience to our members through a team of passionate, competent and experienced professionals.
We believe that fitness is key to health and wellness, and we look forward to serving our community by promoting the principle of Sports for All, so we have spread our clubs across 18 cities in the Kingdom, meeting the needs of most community members. 

Currently, we are proud to have 56 clubs under our umbrella, including 41 men’s clubs (under the Body Masters brand) opened over the past decades, and 15 women’s clubs (under the Body Motions brand) opened over the past four years. 

The numerous openings we’ve achieved over the years represent the fruition of our ongoing efforts to expand our services to meet the needs of our community. We are looking forward to the future with optimism and full motivation. We have ambitious plans to expand further in the coming years, and these are all inspired by Vision 2030, which aims to enhance quality of life and community well-being overall.
